As a vendor or service provider, how can I participate in the SCHOA Vendors & Service Providers program?
You will need to complete an application form and submit it to us at the SCHOA offices. As part of your application, we request three references, your license number if you are a licensed contractor, and a $50 fee for participating in the first category. Subsequent categories are $5 each with no restriction as to the number of categories for which you can sign up.
How do I become a SCHOA member?
You can either come by the SCHOA offices to pick up an application form or simply print out an application form from this website, then bring in the completed form along with a $15 annual membership fee and your membership will be activated.
How do I register a possible violation of the CC&Rs?
There are three ways to let us know about a possible violation: 1) call us at 623-974-4718 and select the compliance staff member option, 2) come by the SCHOA offices during business hours and ask to see a member of the compliance staff, or 3) send an e-mail to a Compliance Staff Member.
