Join A Committee

Any member of the Sun City Home Owners Association who would like to contribute to our community can join one of several committees serving Sun City and its residents.  The overall purpose of the committees and how they work are shared below.

Overall Purpose

To help promote the health and prosperity of both Sun City as well as its residents by addressing the various on-going needs of our community in all of the following areas: 

• Charter Amendments & By-Laws
• Compliance
• Environmental & Water Resources
• Finance & Administration
• Governmental Affairs
• Information Technology
• Membership
• Planning & Elections
• Public Relations
• Transportation

How They Work

A Board Director heads each SCHOA committee and often serves on two or more.  The other committee members are people just like you, residents of Sun City who have special interests in the work of a particular committee, a desire to serve the community in which they live, and a willingness to devote the time needed to do the job right.
