Vendors & Service Providers Referral Program: Providers

Purpose

To offer a means for SCHOA approved vendors and service providers to generate cost-efficient leads for providing services to Sun City Home Owner Association members. 

Program

Every year, SCHOA fields thousands of requests from Sun City Home Owner Association members regarding referrals of qualified vendors and service providers. To officially respond to this need, SCHOA instituted the Vendors and Service Providers Referral Program.

Currently, the Program has over 700 participants in a wide variety of categories. SCHOA maintains this database of preferred quality vendors and service providers exclusively for the use of Sun City Home Owner Association members. 

SCHOA conducts a background check on all members in the database including reference verification, Better Business Bureau filings and, among licensed contractors, a review of licenses registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.  In addition, the database is updated weekly, so SCHOA includes homeowner feedback as to the quality of service provided.  So long as service quality remains high, each vendor and/or service provider is retained in the program.
