Vendors & Service Providers Referral Program: Homeowners

Purpose

To provide SCHOA members with referrals of qualified, trustworthy vendors and/or service providers to handle everything from fixing a leak to remodeling your home to providing healthcare or making available transportation and much, much more. 

Program

Every year, SCHOA fields thousands of requests from Sun City Home Owner Association members regarding referrals of qualified vendors and service providers. To officially respond to this need, SCHOA instituted the Vendors and Service Providers Referral Program.

Currently, the Program has over 700 participants in a wide variety of categories as shown below.  SCHOA maintains this database of preferred quality vendors and service providers exclusively for the use of Sun City Home Owner Association members. 

To help ensure these participating companies provide the highest level of service to Sun City home owners, SCHOA conducts a background check on all members in the database including reference verification, BBB filings and a review of vendors’ licenses registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.  In addition, the database is updated weekly, so SCHOA includes homeowner feedback as to the quality of service provided.  As a result, only the best companies are retained for member use. 

Please remember, the vendors and service providers in the database are referrals and not recommendations, so we cannot guarantee their work.  However, if you are dissatisfied with a service provider’s work and cannot resolve an issue on your own, please come to the SCHOA office and complete a complaint form, and we will intervene on your behalf.  Typically, it takes only a call from us to achieve resolution.  While we cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction, we can and will help you in every way possible.
