PAMELA SCHWARTZ - President
Pamela has been a Sun City homeowner for 8 years and a year-round resident for the past 5 years moving from Dundee, Illinois. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Management having worked for 24 years as a sales coordinator for USJVC Corp. Pam was a volunteer at the Challenger Space Center prior to becoming Vice President of the SCHOA Board of Director as well as a Girl Scout Troop organizer and leader for 10 years. She was also Public Relations Director for Tempo One HOA Board for 6 years among other volunteer positions. Pam is founder and was a member of Richardson Homeowners Benevolent Association from 1988 – 2011, serving as director at large for 16 years.
Pam served as SCHOA's Vice President in 2015 as well as serving on numerous committees.

RITA TILLERY - Treasurer
After vacationing in Arizona in the spring of 2000, Rita had purchased her Sun City home before the end of the year. Following her graduation from Georgia Southwestern College, Rita’s career began in sales and accounting and progressed to management. She owned a medical billing service in Atlanta for 15 years following working in the medical field. After moving to Sun City, Rita worked at Glendale Behavioral Health for 10 years. Her volunteer experience began when she was a major fundraiser for her son’s baseball team, token female member of the Board of Directors for his baseball league and served as treasurer of a million-dollar senior league for 3 years. Rita’s HOA experience began in the late 1980’s when she was vice president of a 250 single-family home subdivision HOA working with the city planning and zoning committees. Later, she served on the board of that HOA in compliance. After moving to Sun City, she served for 10 years on the Board of Management of her condominium complex as secretary. Rita believes she has skills to bring to SCHOA wishing to be an asset to the community and believes there are areas where she is able to contribute.
Rita is the current Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

Lloyd and his wife moved to Sun City in 2010 after being a "snow birds" for seven years from Colorado. Lloyd has been a member of SCHOA since May, 2003 as well as being involved in numerous Sun City clubs and an active member of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church. Lloyd served four years in the Air Force. He career includes management with Thrifty Drugs, four years in customer service with Central and Frontier Airlines, owner of his Golf Club business for 12 years and 38 years operating his own insurance agency with American Family Insurance. He enjoys time with family and friends and being a home “handy man.” Lloyd is invested in being part of maintaining Sun City as a prime retirement community in the country.
Lloyd served as SCHOA's President in 2015.
