DESCRIPTION
ADMIN. ASSISTANT
Mission Statement Objectives: To assist members of
SCHOA with problems they bring to our attention concerning properties and to
create and/or support programs which benefit the entire community,
specifically in the matters of safety, security, quality of life and
property values.
• Violations: Enter and mail all violations. File
violations for easy access. Reports to Compliance Manager.
• TOPS: TOPS Software. To coordinate with TOPS on
update and training for employees if needed.
• Computer: Coordinate with computer person, when
available, to make sure all systems are updated and running efficiently.
• Maintains a working relationship with SCHOA
attorneys and assists in pending litigation.
• Prepare e-mail notices for E-mail blast as required.
• Answer phones when all lines are ringing and
dispense information requested, direct callers to the appropriate community
organizations if required, refer callers to appropriate persons.
• Posting fees in TOPS.
• Accounts Receivables as they pertain to Compliance.
• Correspondence, as requested.
• Anything else that may be requested of you. |
